My working name for this song was Candy/Lovefat
because it combines two ideas into one:
It seemed appropriate to create a very earthy setting for
the lyrics,
so among the many barnyard sounds is a garbage can drumkit,
that comprised of empty food cans, forks & knives, dirty pots
fresh off of the stove, & a cookie tin. Takes me back to when I was
9yrs. old using chopsticks on the same clanky instruments.
Just so you know, no pigs or other barnyard animals
were hurt during the recording of this track. . . .
. . . I, on the other hand, have gained 10lbs.
